He is like an express train, powering along with seemingly little effort.

A very good tackler, though he very rarely gets in position to make one.

Has excellent technique, which was a big part of the reason he was targeted by Man City in the first place. His first touch is top class.

Has a great leap and can win most headers but lacks control over direction.

Fairly quick but nothing outstanding.

Has a very good cross on him, but he tends to look to play a pass rather than crossing into the box.

Can be very weak in the tackle, he prefers to intercept rather than have to tackle.

Excellent technique, fits in nicely into a Pep Guardiola side with its quick, one and two touch passing.

Decent in the air for a full back.
