Excellent technique, amongst the best around technically.

Can pull off some fantastic passes at times, it is just that he does not do it enough.

Has the ability to score from almost anywhere, again it is a sad fact that he does not use it enough.

His movement is languid, lazy even. He has the physique to do so much more than he does, but he seems happy to just float through a game. And life in general.

Superlative skill, he is usually able to wriggle out of a tight situation using them. The problem is that he would rather do little bits of insignificant skills in the wrong areas than do what is best for the team.

A loose first touch holds him back at times.

Always looking for a quick forward pass. Just a shame he has little vision or ability to pick out passes.

A decent shot on him but he is not really a goalscoring midfielder, he lacks the technique.

Always moving and never still, looking constantly for the ball and wanting it.

Decent skill but nothing special, lacks the touch and control to really do much.
